Who We Are

Property Tax Justice Foundation (PTJF) is a nonprofit organization based in Texas. We help Texas property owners navigate the property tax protest process through education, evidence support, coaching, and representation services.

What Information We Collect

When you fill out a form, register for a workshop, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name (property owner and/or entity name)
  • Property address and mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Appraisal district county and account number
  • Tax year and property details
  • Special status (Age 65+, Disabled, Military)
  • Service selection and case notes

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide services you requested, contact you about your case and deadlines, send non-marketing SMS/emails related to your property tax matter, register you for workshops, and improve our services.

We do not sell your information. Ever.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent to SMS, you may receive non-marketing text messages related to your property tax case or services from PTJF. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., GoHighLevel CRM), as required by law, or with your explicit written consent.
